Wichita Clinic has been physician owned and governed since the organization was formed in 1947. As the Executive Director, I view myself as the chief facilitation officer for Wichita Clinic. It’s my job to ensure that the organization’s resources are available to support our physicians in their practices so that they can remain focused on patient care. The Administrative Team provides the support services (human resources, accounting, third party contracting and billing, computer technology services, marketing, practice management, equipment and facility needs and more) that help our physicians build a productive, satisfying practice that still allows them the time and energy to enjoy their personal life beyond work.

Board of Directors
Wichita Clinic’s Board of Directors is ultimately responsible for all matters pertaining to Clinic strategic plans, compensation plan, budget performance, and hiring or dismissing professional staff and executive management personnel. The Board consists of seven shareholders elected by the stockholders on a staggered basis, each for a three-year term. The Board annually elects a President and Vice President and meets monthly. Administrative Team
The Executive Management Group (EMG) consists of the Executive Medical Officer, Chief Medical Officer, and Executive Director, and others as determined by the EMG. EMG meets weekly and has both budgetary and operational responsibilities.
