Physician Testimonials

Chrishana Ogilvie-McDaniel, MDI was impressed by the team-centered approach to patient care at Wichita Clinic, as well as the fact that the physicians seemed to genuinely enjoy working at Wichita Clinic. The Wichita community is quite welcoming to newcomers. We have greatly appreciated the many helping hands that have been extended to us since our move. Wichita is a hidden jewel and we are excited that we found it.

The University of Kansas School of Medicine

The University of Kansas School of Medicine has a branch in Wichita offering opportunities for 3rd and 4th year medical students (approximately 100) to complete their medical school training in Wichita’s community-based program. Many Wichita Clinic physicians enjoy being affiliated with UKSM-Wichita and having students rotate regularly through their practice.

The University of Kansas-Wichita Center for Graduate Medical Education

Ask us about ways Wichita Clinic physicians participate in resident academic opportunities specific to your specialty. The University of Kansas-Wichita Graduate Medical Education Program offers residencies in the following disciplines:

  • Family Medicine
  • Internal Medicine
  • Pediatrics
  • Medicine/Pediatrics
  • Orthopaedic Surgery
  • Obstetrics/Gynecology
  • Anesthesiology
  • Psychiatry
  • Surgery
  • Radiology (Diagnostic)

Wichita Clinic's Internal Medicine department currently participates in a residency program that pairs a internist resident with a Wichita Clinic internist for a two year rotation. Our Internal Medicine department began its second term of this program in July 2008, increasing the number of resident-physician pairings from three to six.
